Ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Water; each package contains (2) 4 ounce bundles of pasta (8 ounces total). 1 bundle = 1 serving. Pasta sheets are approximately 6.5″ wide x 15″ long, $2/sheet and sold in multiples of 2.

Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Freeze if it will be more than a week before you use.  When you freeze the pasta sheets, put wax or parchment paper between each sheet.

Directions (whether fresh or frozen):
1. Boil pan of water.
2. Drop pasta into boiling water, unrolling the bundles as you do.
3. Start timer immediately, cook 2 minutes for spaghetti size noodles, 3 minutes for fettuccini and linguini, or 4 minutes for pappardelle. The pasta sheets should NOT be boiled prior to baking but can be baked as they are in your recipe.
4. Strain and serve with favorite Brocato’s heated sauce immediately.

    I used the pasta sheets to make several lasagne dishes over the holidays – by far the best lasagne I’ve ever made, ridiculously delicious!
